Robinbridge Announces Expansion Into the Robinhood Ecosystem, With Cross-Chain Fees as Low as 0.5%
According to an official announcement from Robinbridge, the cross-chain infrastructure protocol joined the Robinhood ecosystem on July 23 and reduced the fee for bridging ETH from Robinhood Chain back to the Ethereum mainnet to 0.5%, below the prevailing market rate of more than 2%. Robinhood Chain launched on July 1 and processed more than $70 million in ETH bridging during its first week. The fee reduction is intended to reduce friction when users move assets out of the ecosystem and improve liquidity efficiency between the Layer 2 network and the Ethereum mainnet.
Ripple Makes Strategic Investment in Notabene to Advance Institutional Adoption of RLUSD Stablecoin Payments
According to PRNewswire, compliant on-chain transaction service provider Notabene has received a strategic investment from Ripple, with the amount undisclosed. The two companies plan to integrate RLUSD into the Notabene Flow B2B stablecoin payment platform and expand their cooperation around compliant enterprise payments. The arrangement aims to lower the barriers for banks, payment institutions, and fintech companies seeking access to stablecoin infrastructure, while promoting the practical adoption of RLUSD in institutional cross-border settlement, treasury management, and global payment networks.
MoonPay Launches Paybox, an AI Shopping Wallet Built on the x402 Protocol
According to Fortune, MoonPay has launched Paybox, an AI shopping wallet built on the open x402 protocol. The wallet can connect with ChatGPT and Claude, enabling AI assistants to search for products, compare prices, and directly complete payments, restaurant reservations, flight bookings, and Amazon purchases. Users can fund the wallet through bank accounts or crypto assets and establish risk-control settings such as spending limits and payment confirmations. MoonPay said the product uses a decentralized design, requires no additional coding or software installation, and can connect with any compatible merchant or service.
Flow Traders Pilots Lombard’s Bitcoin Credit-Lending Solution, Using BTC to Support Stablecoin Financing
According to The Block, Lombard Finance has launched the Bitcoin Onchain Credit Strategy, with Flow Traders serving as its first pilot partner. The structure allows Flow Traders to borrow stablecoins for market-making without posting on-chain collateral. Credit protection is provided by Bitcoin deposited into the Lombard Bitcoin Earn yield product, while underwriting is completed through the Cap private-credit platform. The structure is intended to convert yield-bearing Bitcoin assets into institutional on-chain financing support.
Stripe in Talks to Acquire OpenRouter
According to Jin10, Stripe is in talks to acquire AI model aggregation platform OpenRouter. The transaction could be announced soon, although negotiations may still collapse or attract competing bidders, with a potential sale valuation of approximately $10 billion. According to CoinDesk, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has agreed to pay $150,000 to settle a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit concerning records from its Ethereum investigations and will continue submitting the remaining documents. History Associates, acting on behalf of Coinbase, filed the case in 2024 to request disclosure of the SEC’s regulatory discussions concerning Ethereum and its transition from PoW to PoS. The proceedings also revealed that some officials’ text-message records had been deleted. The settlement will conclude a dispute that has continued for more than two years.
Ave.ai Fully Integrates Stable Chain
According to an official announcement from Ave.ai, the on-chain trading platform has fully integrated Stable, a blockchain built around USDT. Users can now view real-time token prices and on-chain data and complete cross-chain transfers, swaps, and rapid trades directly through the platform. Stable is a native Layer 1 supported by the Tether ecosystem and primarily designed for stablecoin payments and global settlement. According to The Block, LayerZero has partnered with Keeta to enable Keeta Stablecoins, backed by commercial bank deposits, to move across Keeta Network, Ethereum, Solana, and Base. The underlying assets will be held by Bivo, a licensed U.S. fintech platform, while LayerZero’s OFT standard will allow the issuer to retain control over the contracts. The product is scheduled to launch later this month with initial support for the U.S. dollar, followed by the euro, Japanese yen, Chinese yuan, and other fiat currencies.

They falsely claim that funds have been recovered or that they can assist with asset recovery, then use counterfeit websites to collect personal and financial information or induce victims to pay additional fees or transfer crypto assets. IC3 does not proactively contact individuals by telephone, email, or social media and does not charge fees to help recover funds. Users should manually enter official website addresses, avoid advertisements and links sent through private messages, never disclose private keys, recovery phrases, or verification codes, and reject any claim that an upfront payment is required before a refund can be issued.
