According to Odaily Planet Daily, Mirae Asset Consulting has increased its ownership of South Korean cryptocurrency exchange Korbit to 97.15%. The transaction totaled approximately KRW 141.4 billion, equivalent to around $95 million to $102 million. Korbit will be renamed Digital X, while its operating entity, customer deposits, and core trading services will remain unchanged for the time being. According to Cointelegraph, payments company Wise plans to reapply to the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency for a national trust bank charter under the framework of the stablecoin regulatory law known as the GENIUS Act. Solana is also moving from approximately 400 milliseconds toward a target of 200 milliseconds, while Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain currently maintain block times of approximately 250 milliseconds and 100 milliseconds, respectively.
