The NFC Championship Game on Sunday in Seattle marks the third matchup of the 2025 NFL season for the Rams vs. Seahawks.
The franchises split their two regular season contests, with Seattle winning the most recent game on Dec. 18 in an overtime thriller. The Seahawks, which clinched the NFC West division title and the No. 1 seed in the conference with a 14-3 regular season record, overcame a 16-point fourth-quarter deficit to beat the Rams 38-37 at Lumen Field.

Last weekend, the Seahawks — led by running back Kenneth Walker’s 116 yards on the ground and three touchdowns — beat the 49ers, 41-6, in a Divisional Round matchup to clinch a berth in the NFC Championship Game.
Meanwhile, on Sunday night, the Rams defeated the Bears 20-17 after Harrison Mevis kicked a 42-yard field goal, marking the franchise’s second-straight road playoff victory.
In the Wild Card Round, Los Angeles — which is the second most valuable NFL franchise at $10.5 billion per Forbes — beat the Carolina Panthers 34-31 after quarterback Matthew Stafford led a last-minute, 71-yard game-winning scoring drive. Stafford, who is one of the highest-paid NFL players according to a recent Forbes analysis, threw for 304 yards and three touchdowns in the victory against the Panthers.
NFC Championship Game: What Time Is Kickoff?
Kickoff time for the Rams vs. Seahawks on Fox is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET. Fox’s top NFL broadcast duo of Kevin Burkhardt (play by play) and Tom Brady (analyst) — who has improved in his second year as a football commentator — will be in the booth at Lumen Field. Additionally, Tom Rinaldi and Erin Andrews will be the sideline reporters providing commentary and in-game analysis.
According to the latest betting odds at the FanDuel Sportsbook, the Seahawks are 2.5-point favorites against Rams, while the over/under for the NFC Championship Game is 46.5 points. The NFL experts at CBS Sports are currently split 3-3 on who they believe will advance to Super Bowl LX in San Francisco. Of the four remaining teams in the NFL playoffs, the Seahawks are the narrow favorites (+145) to win the Super Bowl, followed by the Rams (+220) and Patriots (+240), per FanDuel.
