On November 20, 2025, Gate successfully hosted the Gate Europe Exclusive VIP Dinner during the FinanceMalta conference, bringing together leaders from regulatory agencies, traditional finance, and the global crypto industry to discuss European regulatory progress and the future direction of crypto innovation under the MiCA framework. During the conference, Gate founder and CEO Dr. Han delivered a keynote speech entitled "One World One Gate," which systematically elaborated on the development trends of the global crypto industry, the evolution of compliance frameworks, and Gate's strategic layout in the global market. He provided an in-depth analysis of Gate's latest progress in obtaining compliance licenses in multiple countries, building its product portfolio, and expanding its Web3 ecosystem. He also shared his forward-looking thoughts on the industry's future growth drivers, regulatory collaboration models, and the direction of reshaping user value. Giovanni Cunti, CEO of Gate Technology Ltd., also delivered a keynote speech that evening, emphasizing Malta's growing strategic position in shaping the European regulatory landscape for crypto and digital assets. He pointed out that unified regulation at the EU level will strengthen market integrity, improve transparency standards, and create a safer market environment for individual and institutional participants. Mr. Cunti stated that the implementation of MiCA marks Europe's move from a fragmented national regulatory system to a unified regulatory model, a shift that will promote sustainable development, responsible innovation, and long-term institutional participation in the digital asset market. As an exclusive event during the conference, the gala dinner provided a high-level communication platform for multi-party exchanges. Guests actively engaged in practical discussions on regulatory trends, institutional adoption, and industry technology pathways during the welcome reception, interactive sessions, and panel discussions, promoting a more long-term and robust connection and development of the European crypto ecosystem within a compliant framework. Furthermore, Inter Milan legend Esteban Cambiasso also attended the VIP gala dinner as a special guest, engaging in in-depth exchanges with global leaders on the integration of sports, branding, and Web3 innovation, bringing new inspiration for multi-field cooperation. Earlier, Gate also achieved significant compliance progress. Gate Technology Ltd., a Maltese company under the Gate Group, obtained a MiCA license under the supervision of the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and will provide users with cryptocurrency trading and custody services under its supervision, further solidifying its compliance presence in the region. To date, multiple Gate Group entities have obtained or completed relevant regulatory registrations, license applications, authorizations, or approvals in jurisdictions such as Malta, the Bahamas, Japan, Australia, and Dubai. With MiCA officially entering the implementation phase, Gate will continue to deepen its compliance strategy in the European market and work with regulatory agencies and industry partners to jointly promote the establishment of a safe, transparent, and sustainable digital asset industry ecosystem. USD/CHF rises on US dollar rebound, weak Swiss economic data

The post USD/CHF rises on US dollar rebound, weak Swiss economic data appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. USD/CHF trades slightly higher on Friday, around 0.8060, up 0.15% at the time of writing. The pair remains on track for a weekly gain, supported by the persistent weakness of the US Dollar (USD) amid growing expectations of interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve (Fed). The US Dollar Index (DXY) is heading toward its worst weekly performance since July, despite a modest rebound on Friday driven by firmer US Treasury yields. Investors continue to price in substantial monetary easing over the next 12 months. According to the CME FedWatch tool, the chance of a 25-basis-point cut at the December meeting now stands at 85%, compared with less than 40% one month ago. This dynamic is reinforced by dovish comments from several Fed officials and this week’s soft US Retail Sales data. Speculation within the National Economic Council (NEC), suggesting that Kevin Hassett may emerge as the leading candidate to replace Jerome Powell in May, also fuels expectations of a prolonged easing cycle through 2026. In this context, US Dollar rallies are likely to remain contained unless the macroeconomic backdrop shifts meaningfully. In Switzerland, the Swiss Franc (CHF) lacks momentum following economic indicators that came in well below expectations. Swiss Gross Domestic Product (GDP) contracted 0.5% (QoQ) in Q3, below the 0.4% contraction consensus and after a revision of the previous quarter to 0.2%. Growth YoY slowed to 0.5%, far below the previously reported 1.3%. The only positive signal came from the KOF Leading Indicator, which improved to 101.7 from 101.03, slightly above consensus. Still, the data confirms a slowdown in the Swiss economy, reinforcing expectations that the Swiss National Bank (SNB) may keep its policy rate at 0.00% potentially through 2027, according to several analysts. Overall, the environment continues to favour USD/CHF upside, although the pair remains sensitive to…
