Former Trump advisor and MAGA influencer Steve Bannon revealed a plan for the midterms as President Donald Trump's approval ratings sink, according to a report Wednesday.
Political correspondent Farrah Tomazin wrote for The Daily Beast's Substack, The Swamp, that Bannon spoke to an audience at a far-right conference and "called for ICE agents and others to be at 'every precinct' in November’s midterm elections."

He told people "if you’re armed or not, that depends upon what your state laws are," Tomazin reported.
His pitch came as democracy advocates, election officials and secretaries of state gather in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday to discuss protecting elections from potential intimidation and improving voter confidence ahead of the fall.
"While experts discuss ways to keep voters safe at the ballot box, one of Trumpworld’s most influential voices is encouraging Trump’s base to treat Election Day like a neighborhood watch patrol," Tomazin wrote.
