Midnight Is Coming to Bitget: Here’s How to Earn Free NIGHT Tokens on Launchpool

The Bitget cryptocurrency exchange has announced that Midnight will be the latest project to be featured on its Bitget Launchpool platform. Bitget will be distributing a total of 12 million NIGHT tokens to users who stake BGB or NIGHT.

What is Midnight?

Midnight is a blockchain project that uses zero-knowledge smart contracts, enabling developers to build decentralized applications tailored for use cases where privacy is essential. 

Unlike public blockchains such as Ethereum or Cardano, where all transactions are transparent, Midnight takes a different route. It focuses on private smart contracts, allowing users to engage with applications, move assets, and operate decentralized services without revealing their data publicly.

The platform is being created by Input Output, the same company responsible for leading the technical development of the Cardano protocol.

Midnight employs a dual-token model with NIGHT and DUST tokens. NIGHT serves as the platform’s main utility token, while DUST is used to cover transaction fees. 

Bitget Launchpool is a low-risk way for users to get tokens from promising blockchain projects. Users become eligible for Bitget Launchpool rewards simply by temporarily staking their tokens. Typically, users have the choice of staking BGB and one additional token. The Bitget Launchpool campaign for Midnight supports the BGB and NIGHT tokens.

The amount of rewards earned by each user depends on the amount of tokens they stake and the duration of the stake. Users are free to unstake their tokens at any time, with no penalty other than reduced rewards.

How to earn NIGHT tokens on Bitget Launchpool?

If you want to earn NIGHT on Bitget Launchpool, you first have to create a Bitget account.

You will also need some BGB or NIGHT tokens to stake. If you’re a regular Bitget user, we recommend getting some BGB, as you will also be able to stake your BGB in other future Launchpools. 

After you get some tokens, access the Launchpool section on Bitget. If you’re using the web version, click “Launchhub” in the top navigation bar and select “Launchpool”. If you’re using the Bitget app, tap your user icon, go to “Rewards” and choose “Launchpool”.

Once there, you can browse the available projects and review key details such as staking requirements, estimated APR, reward distribution, and any caps.

After selecting a pool, you enter the amount of tokens you want to stake and confirm your participation, and your assets will start generating rewards automatically. Rewards are distributed hourly and can be tracked in your transaction history under the Earn Account section, and you can claim your airdropped tokens at any time.

Key information about the NIGHT Bitget Launchpool

The Midnight campaign on Bitget Launchpool is running from April 9 to April 16, 2026. 

Bitget will distribute 11.25 million NIGHT tokens to BGB stakers, and 750,000 NIGHT tokens to NIGHT stakers. 

The minimum amount of BGB you need to participate in the Midnight Bitget Launchpool is 5 BGB. The maximum amount you can stake is 5,000 BGB if you’re a VIP0 user, although the highest VIP tiers can stake up to 50,000 BGB.

If you want to participate by staking NIGHT, the minimum stake amount is set at 1,000 NIGHT. The maximum is capped at 10 million NIGHT. 

Launchpool rewards are distributed hourly based on the amount of tokens you have locked, with Bitget taking hourly snapshots to calculate your share. 

When you lock tokens, there is a short delay before rewards begin, as your balance is recorded in the next hour and rewards are issued the hour after that. 

Each pool has its own APR calculation, and you can unlock your tokens at any time. Once the locking period ends, your assets are automatically returned to your spot account.
