Simultaneously, the PYUSD interest rate model benchmark would be raised to the Sky Savings Rate (SSR), and the slope would be lowered by 1% to 2% to stabilize borrowing rates and improve PYUSD circulation. This change requires review by Sky governance and the Stability Facilitator before being included in the next implementation vote.
