“Motivation is fleeting,” Schulman added. “But when you take action, motivation follows.” That insight forms the foundation of what Crider calls “MMA” – motivation, momentum and action. “You have to act to get and sustain motivation,” she said. “It doesn’t come from just thinking about something.
