Senior lawyer Maria Lulu Reyes is a professor of law at the St. Louis University School of Law in Baguio City, a former bar examiner, and the co-author of the Philippine chapter in a book on global practices in impeachment.
Paolo Tamase is an assistant professor and associate dean at the UP College of Law, and the author of an influential paper on emerging issues in impeachment.
