Effective immediately: CTXC deposits and withdrawals have been suspended.
Jun 16, 2026, 10:00 (UTC): CTXC trading will be closed. Any open orders will be automatically canceled upon trading closure.
By Jun 18, 2026: USDT compensation is expected to be distributed to eligible users' Spot wallets.
Eligible users' CTXC balances will be converted to USDT at a fixed conversion ratio of 1 CTXC = 0.0009127 USDT, based on the average closing price between Jun 11 and Jun 15, 2026.
Any CTXC deposited into MEXC after the deposit suspension will not be eligible for compensation.
The compensation amount will be calculated based on the eligible CTXC balance held in eligible users' accounts at the time of delisting, and the corresponding CTXC tokens will be reclaimed.
After the compensation process is completed, MEXC will no longer provide any support for CTXC, including deposits, withdrawals, or trading services.
